Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations

We understand that sometimes you change your mind

or receive gifts that you already got or don’t love.

So here is our policy:

 

Returns for refund:

 

We will accept returns only if the item is NEW, UN-OPENED, UNUSED AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS AND PAPERWORK.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

You must contact customer service before sending us your return to receive a RMA number. The RMA number must be included on the return postage label in the reference field. It may also be written clearly on a slip of paper included with your return.

RETURN POSTAGE FEES ARE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER.

Once we receive your return with the above-mentioned conditions, we will promptly refund you. 

We reserve the right to deduct the actual cost we incurred to ship the item to you.

If you were charged the $5.99 flat shipping rate for orders under $35 we may still deduct our actual shipping cost, which is generally more then $5.99.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on sale items.

This is not a free label, but just an easier and cheaper way to seamlessly get your item ready for return, the actual cost of return shipping will deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange please follow the return guidelines above except that when contacting customer service please specify that you would like to exchange and you will be provided instructions.

 

Order cancelation:

We try to ship orders as soon as possible, sometimes within a few hours of receiving them!

Once an item ships it cannot be canceled but may be returned when you receive it.

ITEMS REFUSED ON DELIVERY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
