When will my order be shipped?

 

All in stock items will ship in 1-3 business days of receiving the order.

 

Some items may take longer to ship as they require additional processing, these items will have their estimated lead time listed on the product page.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

 

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

We do not, you may provide us with a freight forwarders address here in the U.S.A to ship your order to.

WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE ITEM AFTER IT ARRIVES TO THE U.S ADDRESS.

 

What happens if my item arrives defective?

 

Any claims for defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receiving the item,after that time you must contact the manufacturer directly and work within their warranty guidelines.

If we receive a claim within the 5 day period, we will generally replace or refund you after receiving the item back (at our expense).

We may still direct you to the manufacturer if we feel that you will receive a faster resolution.

Please note: some companies require that the consumer make all defect claims directly to them.

 

Do your products have a warranty?

 

Yes! all of the products we carry have comprehensive manufacturers warranty’s.
